Let’s Get To Know An Outstanding Student

Hello fellow readers, I would like to introduce to you Mr. Alex Light. Alex Light, or Alex as he prefers to be called, is currently a twenty-two-year old super senior attending Texas State University. Meaning, he has already obtained his bachelor’s degree and is in the process of obtaining another. Alex currently has his bachelor’s degree in advertising and is now hoping to transfer to the University of Texas to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. Even though Alex has lived a majority of his life in Texas, Dallas being his hometown, he was born in Arizona by faith due to the slight chance that he could’ve been born in Germany due to his father being in the Air Force. “No one has set plan for their lives”, says Alex, “but you have to go with the flow and find what you want to do.” Due to the slight chance of being born in Germany, Alex plains on teaching English next year in Germany for at least a semester to explore the country and culture. “That’s the plain, but worse cause scenario, I could join the military like my father [had done].” From what anyone can learn from Alex’s character is that he is a hard worker looking to make a difference in the world.
