The Wonderful Erykah Anderson

Erykah Anderson is a 19-year-old sophomore at Texas State University pursuing her bachelor's degree in public relations. Erykah grew up in Buffalo, Texas, a small town about an hour east of Waco. She graduated from Buffalo High School near the top of her class while also participating in a myriad of extracurricular activities. Erykah was a member of the National Honor Society, FCCLA, FCA, Student Council, Speech Team and Spanish Club. She also participated in theatre and was the drum major for the Bison's Band. Not only is she a stellar student, she is athletically inclined as well. Erykah played volleyball, basketball, softball and ran track throughout high school. Her high school career is littered with achievements - from homecoming queen, to class president - but Erykah's proudest moment came when she "made it to state for a speech event [her] first year of speaking" her senior year.

The future is bright for this young lady. With her amazing work ethic, ambition and gregarious disposition, Erykah is on the fast track to success.
